Mobile Healthcare Medical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Healthcare Medical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our CLIA certified mobile laboratory to provide patient care in the Ridgewood, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities:- Work under the supervision of licensed NP/PA providers to provide patient care and support.
- Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and vital signs to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Assist with IV starts and blood draws, as permitted by state law, to provide comprehensive care.
- Apply splints and provide wound care to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Operate and maintain point of care laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
- Conduct EKGs and assist with daily mobile care delivery functions to provide seamless patient care.
- Document patient care and assist with supply and stocking to maintain a well-organized and efficient clinical environment.
- Medical Technician with IV Certification and EMT License to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in core science or lab science to provide a strong foundation for patient care.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to ensure safe transportation of patients and equipment.
- BLS, American Heart Association certification to provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs easily to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate patient needs and provide comprehensive care.
