About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at USVTA. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize the latest advances in diagnostics and treatment to provide the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Client Service Focus: Develop and maintain a strong client base through exceptional communication and service skills.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with the local community and participate in community outreach initiatives.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Champion the practice's objectives and values, and inspire others to do the same.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records using SOAP templates.
  • Collaborative Environment: Promote a collaborative working environment and encourage teamwork.
  • Urgent Care: Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses to ensure timely care for all animals.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the importance of preventive care, including vaccinations, heartworm treatments, and flea and tick treatments.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • State Veterinary Board License: A valid State Veterinary Board license in good standing.
