Each founding member brings extensive expertise in specialized legal areas, ensuring innovative approaches to client matters.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a Labor Relations Attorney to advocate for clients in both public and private sector negotiations and contract management. Our focus is on identifying potential risks to prevent conflicts between management and employees, acting as principal negotiators, bargaining committee participants, and strategic advisors for effective negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Labor Relations law.
- Proficient in negotiating employment agreements, employee handbooks, and labor-related corporate policies.
- Addressing compliance issues in labor law that affect workplace regulations, including acceptable policies and practices.
- Managing union organization and lawful responses, covering topics such as card solicitation and access for union representatives.
- Handling union-related matters, including election petitions, bargaining unit adjustments, and decertification processes.
- Overseeing the transfer and outsourcing of bargaining unit responsibilities, including workforce reductions and related negotiations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Labor Relations law.
- Strong academic background with a proven ability in document drafting and excellent communication skills.
