ABA Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Level Ahead ABA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients with autism and related disorders in their homes/communities, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

• Provide direct behavioral intervention to clients in individual sessions
• Work together with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs in accordance with best practices in ABA therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead's admin team

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of ABA
• Education/experience in education, special education, or mental health fields preferred
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT course provided by one of the certifying programs
• Access to reliable transportation, active drivers license and car insurance, travel required
• Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions without daily supervision independently
• Must be compassionate towards clients with disabilities and their families
• Proficient with technology
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
