Registered Behavior Therapist

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA Paraprofessional) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention to clients in individual sessions
• Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs in accordance with best practices in ABA therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead's administrative team

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of ABA
• Education/experience in education, special education, or mental health fields preferred
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT course provided by one of the certifying programs
• Access to reliable transportation, active driver's license, and car insurance
• Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions independently
• Must be compassionate towards clients with disabilities and their families
• Proficient with technology
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
