Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Barista to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, in accordance with company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and surrounding spaces.
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
