About the Role

As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be responsible for executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stocking and backstocking product on the sales floor, and maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
