Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Respiratory Therapist/Clinician. This role involves:

  • Conducting assessments and determining the equipment needs of clients in collaboration with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Performing evaluations in various settings, including homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
  • Providing support for sales and demonstrating products to the healthcare community.
  • Overseeing the Quality Improvement Program.
  • Troubleshooting respiratory and oxygen-related equipment during business hours and as needed outside of regular hours.
  • Promoting Norco's services to referral sources.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must possess CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN credentials, or be eligible for any of the aforementioned.
  • State licensure as required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Prior experience in home care is preferred.
