ChristianaCare is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at our Women's & Children's Building on our Newark Campus.
About the JobWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team in the NICU. As a part-time RN, you will work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and be committed to providing exceptional care to our youngest patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to neonates and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neonatal care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Two years of acute care experience, preferably in NICU
- Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware
