About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team in the NICU. As a part-time RN, you will work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and be committed to providing exceptional care to our youngest patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neonatal care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Two years of acute care experience, preferably in NICU
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
