Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates with complex medical conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Administer medications and perform complex procedures as needed
Provide education and support to patients and families on neonatal care and disease management
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent
Current RN licensure in the state of practice
ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE certifications preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
