As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from the moment they arrive at our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Warm and Friendly Welcome: Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease as they arrive at our office.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments for patients, taking into account their preferences and the availability of our dental staff.
- Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal details and medical history.
- Coordinate with Dental Staff: Work closely with our dental staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Process Insurance Claims: Verify and update patient insurance information, and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our dental services and policies.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office or customer service role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in using dental practice management software, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
