We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our Delivery Hub program in North America. As a key member of our Amazon Logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the work of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of the Hub program in new regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive playbook for launching the Hub program in new regions, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and infrastructure.
- Provide end-to-end coordination of stakeholder teams, including attainment, network planning, topology, and volume planning, to ensure successful launch and on-time delivery of packages to Hub partners.
- Ensure that all necessary systems, processes, and technologies are in place to support the Hub program, including training for station leadership and monitoring of success and progression up to 90 days after initial launch.
The Hub Delivery program is a critical component of Amazon's fast-growing and evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer-obsessed small business owners who deliver to Amazon customers, raising the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or logistics.
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology, with a proven track record of success in launching and growing new programs or products.
