Our client is a distinguished organization in the Glass & Glazing industry, recognized for its successful track record. We are eager to connect with dynamic Project Managers who possess extensive experience in glass and glazing/facade project management and are driven by success and career advancement.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing P&L, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management, and Estimating (preferred).
  • Demonstrated capability as a Senior Project Manager ready for career progression (mandatory).
  • 5-10+ years of relevant Project Management experience, particularly in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously; confident in making critical decisions.
  • Experience managing projects from contract acquisition through to close-out, including RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent.
  • Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating tools is preferred.
  • Proven track record of completing projects under budget while managing accrued material, equipment, and labor costs.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
