Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for various systems, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding system status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Manage client relationships by delivering high-quality support and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for diverse systems and applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
  • Proficient to advanced understanding of Operating System platforms, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS.
  • Proficient in the use of ticketing systems and knowledge-sharing platforms.
