Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Accounts Payable department. As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate distribution of accounts payable checks, responding to vendor inquiries, and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and Accurate Payments: Ensure that all payments are made on time and accurately processed.
  • Vendor Inquiries: Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issues efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, including invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
  • Error Resolution: Process voucher uploads in PeopleSoft, identifying and correcting any errors.
  • Check Accuracy: Verify check accuracy and swiftly address any discrepancies.
  • Employee Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding expense vouchers and payments.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and health insurance, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficient in using computer systems, preferably with experience in PeopleSoft.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and dependability.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
