**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a caring LPN to deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents. The ideal candidate will possess an active LPN license in the state of residence, current/active CPR Certification, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents
* Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
* Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
* Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility
**Requirements:**
* Possess and Active LPN license in the state of residence
* Current/active CPR Certification
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
* Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
