Your Role: As an EHR Analyst at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Your responsibilities will encompass the creation, design, testing, training, and implementation of various components of the EHR system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various multi-disciplinary teams to identify regulatory requirements and documentation standards for transitioning from paper to electronic formats.
  • Analyze clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Seek efficiencies through the utilization of computerized record systems.
  • Develop, design, test, and implement the electronic health record system utilized by our clinical staff.
  • Oversee and assess healthcare documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and industry standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clinicians on clinical documentation and the use of the electronic health record system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various geographical assignments may be required to enhance user experience and support.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Level II Background clearance.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record as per company guidelines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Social Work, Counseling) preferred, along with experience in health applications and information.
