Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio, maintaining good standing.
- Experience with the intellectual and developmental disabilities population.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

General Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Conduct daily reviews and updates of tasks using departmental software and work management platforms.
- Embody the organization's mission, vision, and core values through your conduct and behavior.
- Maintain personal accountability to yourself, your team, and leadership.
- Report incidents promptly and complete necessary documentation on electronic platforms.
- Stay informed about established policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Utilize existing information systems to gather relevant data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compensation is negotiable based on education and experience.
