Technical Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a Technical Writer - Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and revising written documentation to support Quality Control initiatives.

• Develop and maintain high-quality written documentation, including regulatory documents and technical guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Document Control, to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct research and gather information to support documentation development.
• Work with subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a Quality Control or regulatory environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation standards.
• Ability to interpret and implement quality documents and specifications.
