We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals in a seasonal home health nursing role. With connectRN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Compensation and Benefits

As a nurse with connectRN, you can expect to earn a salary of $48.40 per hour on weekdays and $51.33 per hour on weekends. Additionally, you will be eligible for various benefits, including leading industry pay, exclusive bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and access to shifts via our user-friendly app.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a home health nurse with connectRN will be to provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes. This will involve comprehensive assessments, creating individualized care plans, and keeping up-to-date documentation using HomeCare HomeBase. You will also be required to cover visits between 10am and 6pm, including weekends as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current and unencumbered license as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN). We require at least one year of experience in certified home health, as well as proficiency in OASIS (RNs), wound care, and wound vac. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers are essential for success in this position.
