We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Residence at Otter Creek, a vibrant community of seniors. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and promote a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
  • Set tables to LCB standards and serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
  • Review daily menus with residents and take accurate meal orders.
  • Remove used or soiled items from the dining room and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
  • Communicate resident preferences to our food service director for menu planning purposes.
Requirements
  • Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Focused and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
