Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apparel Fashion Consultant. This full-time role offers numerous benefits and ample opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and assemble stylish outfits for e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, and various creative projects.
- Prepare, organize, and ensure all garments and accessories are photo-ready for shoots.
- Collaborate with photographers on set to accurately represent each outfit in accordance with established style guidelines.
- Exhibit a strong passion for the brand's identity while staying informed about current fashion trends and translating them into appealing outfits.
- Execute e-commerce styling with meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic on-set environment.
- Develop and implement innovative, brand-aligned looks for the women's e-commerce channel on a daily basis.
- Engage in pre-shoot consultations with the creative director and provide constructive feedback during team reviews of previous imagery.
- Coordinate with Sample Coordinators to ensure timely delivery of clothing and maintain an organized workflow for outfit preparation.
- Review product images and merchandising notes before photoshoots to ensure alignment with product usage.
- Demonstrate effective styling techniques to minimize damage to merchandise.
- Assist models during shoots, ensuring garments are properly prepared.
- Manage time efficiently on set to achieve daily shooting goals while upholding high styling standards.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, models, and team members to produce exceptional results.
- Contribute to the organization of the studio space and the sample management process.
- Follow seasonal styling guidelines to create e-commerce-friendly looks that highlight seasonal trends and buying priorities.
- Update styling guides regularly based on merchandising and marketing direction.
- Conduct research to stay updated on current and emerging fashion trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Photography, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with Hair and Makeup Artists, Photographers, and Creative Directors.
- Proven on-set styling experience with a solid understanding of studio environments.
- A strong creative eye, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Gmail and Google Drive.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the target market and the ability to forecast fashion trends.
- Positive team player with a willingness to adapt and learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
