Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a skilled Civil/Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing site layouts, grading, and drainage associated with civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform design tasks, including conceptual layouts, grading, and drainage, for civil engineering projects.
  • Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 and collaborate with existing office staff/management to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations.
  • Apply technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and other site development-related designs.
  • Design site layouts from concept to completion using Civil 3D skills.
  • Interact effectively with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely through verbal and written means.
  • Maintain attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Read, write, and understand English for job-related purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred.
