Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caregiving Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our residents and their families. This includes cleaning resident apartments, common spaces, and other areas as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Cleans resident apartment homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows, etc.
  • Empties trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area.
  • May assist care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces.
  • Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist.

Benefits:

Gables of Germantown offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training opportunities.
