Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant Director and the professional development team of Educational Technology Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for secretarial tasks, organizing meetings, coordinating service deliveries, fiscal support tasks, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the Assistant Director and the professional development team
  • Organize meetings and coordinate service deliveries
  • Perform secretarial tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with fiscal support tasks, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of educational technology resources
  • Provide customer service and support to stakeholders
  • Participate in team activities and contribute to the development of educational technology services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of secretarial experience, required
  • Must be able to work independently and as a supportive team member
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize workload
  • Must be professional and responsive to any requests, questions, or assistance needed by all stakeholder groups
  • Must be detail-oriented and adaptable, with flexibility to manage multiple tasks while staying up-to-date on relevant technologies
Benefits
