Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional IT support and guidance to business developers and customers, ensuring seamless integration with the SmartVMA platform.
  • Configure and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEMs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business development directors to ensure timely launches of customer programs, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Liaise between Wagonmaster Group and SmartVMA, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers' personal KPIs, providing valuable insights and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with individual customer reports, company mileage reports, and personal expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
Requirements
  • Experience in an automotive fixed operations environment is an asset.
  • Automotive software experience is an asset.
  • High computer aptitude and ability to learn new applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Adobe Suite is an asset.
  • Education in IT/Computer Sciences is an asset.
  • Effective time management and organization, with strong English fluency, both written and verbal.
Working Conditions

The role will be performed in a provided office space during regular working hours, with occasional time spent in the field with customers. Ability to travel within the United States and to Canada is required.

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods, with adequate manual dexterity to write legibly and perform computer duties.
