Curriculum Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducts classroom observations, evaluations, and provides feedback to motivate and encourage learning.
  • Manages a team to ensure the implementation of TLE curriculum aligns with brand standards.
  • Trains, coaches, and develops educators using a growth mindset.
  • Ensures daily management of classroom ratios and labor is effectively managed to budget.
  • Trains educators on curriculum using the Show Do Review format.
  • Manages microsite upkeep and staff bios.
  • Completes MBB Enhancers by the 5th of the month.
  • Inputs incident/accident reports in Core.
  • Updates the Parent Board in the hallway.
  • Manages weekly menus.

CUSTOMER FOCUS:

  • Leads tours with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc.
  • Executes "parent pleasers."
  • Executes Show and Tell pictures/documentation.
  • Executes Calendar events.
  • Manages medication and topical medical forms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines.
