Qualifications:
Experience in a reputable management consultancy in roles focused on project delivery and business development

Familiarity with a variety of IT solutions
Experience with financial institutions, including major banks and asset/wealth management firms
A proven history of leading teams and fostering high-performance cultures that leverage technology to meet the strategic needs of commercial or governmental organizations
Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from diverse backgrounds towards shared objectives
A strong commitment to team success, coupled with a readiness to provide constructive feedback when necessary
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and innovative problem-solving capabilities to address client challenges, adapting Gartner's frameworks to tackle pressing business issues
Capacity to manage multiple client priorities concurrently
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
Proficiency in building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives
