Exterior Siding Technician

Position Summary:
Boss Exteriors Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Siding Specialist to enhance our operations. In this role, you will focus on delivering top-notch installation, repair, and maintenance services for both residential and commercial siding projects.
This is a full-time, hourly role where you will operate independently, directly reporting to the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation, repair, and maintenance of various siding types for residential and commercial buildings
- Accurately measure, cut, and install siding materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on-site
- Maintain effective communication with project managers and clients
- Identify and resolve any issues that may occur during installation or repair processes
- Keep a tidy and organized workspace
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Follow project schedules and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on new siding products, techniques, and industry developments
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in siding installation and repair; 5 years preferred
- Familiarity with various siding materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to siding work
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
