Job Description: Williams College seeks a Campus Maintenance Coordinator to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus buildings, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities: As a Campus Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of up to 10 staff members
  • Managing time off requests and monitoring overtime
  • Entering work orders and performing building inspections
  • Providing excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) with assistance
  • Experience in general cleaning, maintenance, and floor care
  • A valid MA driver's license

Salary Range: $41,200 - $59,100 per year
