Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Gladstone Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Ensure all areas of the room, including bathrooms and closets, are clean and tidy.
- Restock supplies, such as toiletries and towels, and replenish linens as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and preparation.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all rooms meet our quality standards.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
