Within the LOGCAP NORTHCOM framework, KBR delivers swift response assistance for both planned and unplanned U.S. Army training operations.

KBR's LOGCAP team has successfully provided comprehensive support to Warfighter initiatives by executing standard LOGCAP services across multiple sites.

Job Overview


As a Senior Logistics Support Specialist (SOC), your role will involve evaluating and formulating TMR's / TMO's, logistical strategies, policies, and protocols essential for delivering support in the logistics domains of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Propose and organize the logistics support framework to execute the logistics functions of the project.


- Facilitate the interaction among logistics operations such as transportation, maintenance, and warehousing to guarantee effective, timely, and economical support to the client.

- Identify and resolve logistical challenges, coordinating solutions or recommending actions to management.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure that logistics goals, priorities, and timelines are achieved and communicated effectively to management.

- Assess work processes and establish metrics for performance evaluation.

- Liaise with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services departments as necessary regarding logistical operations performed under contract.

- Monitor all LSO-Trans mission support activities.

- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

- Must successfully pass a U.S. Government background check and secure a Secret Security clearance, maintaining it throughout your employment on this contract. Therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

- A Bachelor's Degree is required along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma combined with an additional 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

- Experience with the TMR (Transportation Movement Request) process is necessary.

- Familiarity with the TMO (Transportation Movement Order) process is required.

- Proficiency with Command Post of the Future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) is essential.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, are mandatory.

Compensation

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Base Salary:
$76,300 - $114,400


The offered salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's expertise, skills, and experience, while also considering internal equity.
