**Job Summary**

Phaxis is seeking a skilled Contract School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of professionals. As a Contract SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in schools across Salt Lake City, UT.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide speech and language services to students in grades K-12

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Utah state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with students in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
