Job Title: Therapist III

We are seeking an experienced Therapist III to join our team at Novant Health Child & Adolescent. As a Therapist III, you will be responsible for making treatment and level of care decisions independently, collaborating with physician providers as needed, and managing your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, group therapy, and collaborative care in the outpatient setting
  • Complete patient assessments, plan for therapeutic interventions, and implement treatment plans
  • Coordinate the treatment process and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age and cultural diversity of patients served
  • Uphold and demonstrate the Novant Health Mission, Vision, and Values: Compassion, Diversity, Personal Excellence, and Team Work
Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of three years experience in a related field
  • LPC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or PMHCNS licensure/certification
  • Good working knowledge of computers and ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations
