Norco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist/Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for evaluating, ordering, and setting up Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize equipment needs for clients.
- Conduct evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
- Provide sales support and product demonstrations to the healthcare community.
- Monitor our Quality Improvement Program.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues with oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and as needed after regular business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Market Norco services to referral sources.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
Requirements:
- CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, or eligibility for any of the preceding.
- State license, as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally to a height of 36 inches.
- Previous home care experience.
