Title Processor

Job DescriptionMid-Atlantic Title Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience processing title files for real estate closings. Key responsibilities include opening files, ordering title and survey, communicating and coordinating with customers, lenders, and realtors, preparing title binders, and processing loan packages to send back to lenders. A knowledge of Title Express settlement software is preferred, and a Title Producer License would expand opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Open and review title files for accuracy and completeness
* Order title and survey as needed
* Communicate and coordinate with customers, lenders, and realtors to ensure smooth closings
* Prepare title binders and settlement documents
* Process loan packages to send back to lenders

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience processing title files for real estate closings
* Knowledge of Title Express settlement software (preferred)
* Title Producer License (desired)
