Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development in children from infancy to school age.
- Establish a nurturing and interactive learning environment that fosters open communication with parents and colleagues.
- Assist with daily childcare activities, including feeding, changing, and nap time.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
