Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to operate kitting robots and manual equipment to assemble jobs or work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate kitting robots and manual equipment to assemble jobs or work orders.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assembly process.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  6. Assist with inventory management and tracking.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including 1st shift.
