Sales Director

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth in the renewable energy sector? Do you have a proven track record of success in business development and sales? We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of BESS value propositions in North America.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales, profitability, and product portfolio management goals.
- Negotiate utility-scale contracts and participate in reverse auction bids.
- Drive commercial strategies and create business opportunities for turn-key solutions, including BESS, Photovoltaic Power Plants, Micro-grids, and related systems.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 7+ years experience in business development/sales in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Proven network and experience with Utilities, IPP, Developers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in grid codes, energy and power-intensive BESS applications, PCS, and Power Management Systems.
