As an Occupational Health Nurse with Cynet Systems, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to employees. Recent hands-on experience in nursing is required, with case and injury management experience preferred. You must have an unrestricted RN license from MN and no history of a restricted or suspended license. Experience in Occ Health Services, assessment, first aid response, workers compensation, and case management is highly valued. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
Requirements:
2-year associate degree or higher in nursing is acceptable. MS Office experience, particularly in Excel and Outlook, is required. Medical Record management experience is also beneficial. You will be expected to utilize your Nursing Process skills and documentation, as well as demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interview Process:
The initial interview will be conducted via video, with the possibility of an in-person interview to follow.
