Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee injuries and illnesses, associated workers' compensation cases, and medical surveillance programs

- Conduct employee training and participate in site teams and emergency response
- Work closely with EH&S, HR, and site employees to reduce workers' compensation costs
Requirements:
- Unrestricted RN license from MN
- 1 year of occupational health experience preferred
- Recent hands-on, in-person nursing experience required
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) required
