Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as a NICU Registered Nurse
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Experience with high-acuity patients, including surgical neonates and ventilator management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
