About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to inform care decisions.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure.
  • BSN required, CCRN preferred.
  • Experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
