Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Ortho Spine position at Swedish Medical Center requires a skilled and compassionate professional to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and interdisciplinary team environment. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with PT/OT, APPs, trauma, spine, and ortho surgeons to deliver exceptional care to patients from around the country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC.
  • Communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
  • Articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
  • Rotate to areas other than assigned service area/s and perform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
