We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Spine team at Swedish Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the RoleThe Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and understanding of the unique aspects of the population served in the care of his/her patients. The delivery of care is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patient.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC.
- Perform delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at SMC.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.
- Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
