Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to establish their short- and long-term financial objectives by formulating a financial strategy utilizing investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and managed banking solutions.
- Advise on banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and requirements.
- Evaluate client requests and refer them to suitable internal service providers based on their needs and asset levels.
- Mitigate and manage risks as part of daily operations.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
- Provide guidance and feedback to referral partners based on insights into client needs and recommended product services.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (or 66); candidates without the 66 but holding either 63 or 65 may receive an offer contingent upon passing the missing series within 60 days.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the investment sector, including training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to set and achieve goals, fostering strong relationships.
- Effective collaboration with others to accomplish tasks.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexities, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced setting.

Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
