Role Responsibilities:

Key duties include:

In accordance with the SAFE Act, all employees involved in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing.

Failure to secure and/or uphold SAFE Act registration may lead to disciplinary measures, including potential termination.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to establish their short- and long-term financial objectives by formulating a financial strategy utilizing investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and managed banking solutions.
  • Advise on banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and requirements.
  • Evaluate client requests and refer them to suitable internal service providers based on their needs and asset levels.
  • Mitigate and manage risks as part of daily operations.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to referral partners based on insights into client needs and recommended product services.

Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (or 66); candidates without the 66 but holding either 63 or 65 may receive an offer contingent upon passing the missing series within 60 days.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the investment sector, including training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, fostering strong relationships.
  • Effective collaboration with others to accomplish tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexities, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new information, and seek optimal solutions for clients.
  • Efficient time and capacity management.
  • Thorough and diligent in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Acquired insurance licenses.
