Your Impact:

As a Bus Operator at SilverCrest, you will be tasked with maintaining the safety and comfort of our residents during transit. You will adhere to all relevant state regulations and company policies while assisting residents in boarding and alighting from the bus. Collaborating with our Activities staff, you will help facilitate enjoyable outings, enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the community bus, ensuring all maintenance records are accurately documented.

This position offers a part-time schedule, with no weekend or holiday shifts required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history is essential.
  • A CDL license is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience driving a commercial vehicle with passengers is necessary.
