POSITION OVERVIEW

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing the billing team, offering direction, coordinating workflows, resolving challenges, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and tact due to interactions with senior management and external clients. Additionally, the supervisor will collaborate with various departments to maintain up-to-date billing information and address any issues impacting other areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure accountability
  • Guide the billing team to meet deadlines and ensure invoice accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required; a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience in the Oil and Gas sector is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite, Open Invoice, Cortex, and other B2B platforms is essential

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion and passing of all mandatory pre-employment screenings are required.
