We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Monarch Communities. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving leasing goals in our community.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sales Strategy: Develops and implements effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet leasing goals.
- Team Leadership: Leads and manages a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Engagement: Builds strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and delivers personalized experiences that meet their expectations.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in Senior Living, or closely related industry, preferred.
- Knowledgeable of the industry, as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing the community.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
- Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
