Job Description

">

We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist who is invested in patients' outcomes and desires to be part of a strong team that prioritizes patient experience, clinical growth, and professional development. The successful candidate will supervise and ensure operational efficiency in the clinic, report directly to the Director of Rehab, and assist with tasks such as weekly/monthly reports, marketing initiatives, and objectives for office growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage physical therapy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services">
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of patients and the community">
  • Collaborate with the Director of Rehab to develop and implement business strategies and plans">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality patient care standards">
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase visibility and attract new patients">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including weekly/monthly reports and analysis">
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends">
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members and students">
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff performance">
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize clinic operations">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)">
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the clinic is located">
  • At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and cooperation">
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software applications used in the clinic">
